Accommodations
Accommodation is in comfortable chalets, full bathrooms within. For families, there are a limited number of caravans which will be assigned on first-requested, first-assigned basis.
Meals are provided by the Cefn Lea catering service. Please contact us if you have any special dietary restrictions so that we can inform the kitchen staff.
Who is welcome?
In a word: everybody! We are hoping for a diverse mix of ages this year and plan on hosting an event that has something for everyone. Children under age 13 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian that can take responsibility for them for the duration of the event.
For official YFR photos, The Youth Fellowship Rally complies with Article 5 of the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 and our Privacy Notice and asks each attendee 13+ to provide consent for the use of photographs/videos. Our Policy can be viewed here.
YFR is committed to safeguarding children and adults with care and support needs. Since there are under 18s present at the event, we expect all adults to behave in accordance with our Safeguarding policies. This can be viewed here.
International Attendees
We look forward to fellowship with you at YFR 2022. If you are planning to attend YFR from outside the UK, and need assistance with your arrangements to travel here, please contact us at yourfellowshiprally@gmail.com. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide the relevant support in a timely fashion.

In order to comply with data protection guidelines and to provide consent, each family member must be listed and registered. Attendees 13+ must provide their own consent for their data to be collected and used as appropriate.
If your family/group has more than 6 registrants, please use an additional form.
